I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Technology Communication Management at the University of Science and Technology in Southern Philippines (formerly Mindanao University of Science and Technology). My field of focus is on the field of communication particularly oral and written communication using the English language. I was also a freelance writer at iWriter three months ago. I also had experience in real estate as a Sales Assistant in a real estate company. I handled sales agents and walk-in clients. I also managed clients that led to successful property investments through effective and strategic communication and marketing. I was also a secretary of a non-profit religious organization wherein I did administrative tasks and kept close contact with supporters that are funding the organization through donations. Playing musical instruments is my past time when I am not doing anything. I also love to engage in social outreach that aims to help the poor. I am a well-rounded person that can work with different tasks together with different people. I implement to myself the "grace under pressure" attitude. I do not allow myself to get intimidated with complicated challenges that come along the way in my work. Instead, I calmly analyze the situation and think of the steps or alternatives to solve the problem and come up with an effective solution. I also use critical thinking when making decisions for my work especially in producing outputs. I do not act rashly out of my emotions. I always make sure that I follow a step-by-step decision-making process to ensure that I come up with a decision that will not hurt the company and my job, but still produce results. I am a team-player. I organize things and tasks in a way that they do not conflict with each other. I always make a list of the top priorities going down to the least ones. I can work with minimal supervision, but I am also willing to be trained and coached. Aside from the pieces of training that I will gladly attend if I am provided with, I believe that learning is not limited in one-time opportunities. Learning is every day. It is an opportunity to grow and learn more every minute of your work. I am a positive person that does not dwell on the negativity of a work environment due to issues and miscommunications with co-workers. I always ensure that my relationship with my co-workers is well so we can work together for the good of the company. I do not easily give up on work. I always give my 100% best in everything that I do not just for salary and work promotion, but also my satisfaction so I can also assess my skills and keep track of my career.
