Good day! My name is Jon, and I am very interested in applying for this job. I have over two years of experience as a virtual assistant. My journey began in 2022 as a phone support representative for a Remote Monitoring company in the USA. Four months later, I transitioned to the admin team. In that role, I managed administrative tasks for a clinic, contacted physicians for medical records confirmation, and prepared medical records for clinicians. In 2023, I also worked virtually as a student support coordinator at an allied health school in the USA. My responsibilities included managing student enrollment records, assisting with the enrollment process, performing administrative tasks, handling inbound and outbound calls, and managing email correspondence. In addition to my virtual assistant roles, I have over ten years of experience in customer service, having worked with major companies such as Comcast (now Xfinity) and T-Mobile. I am highly motivated and eager to learn and grow in this role to support my family and meet our needs.
