Customer service is in my blood I've been working in this field for about 6 years. And through that experience I have learned the skills to give a customer a great experience and for the company to help them get bigger by making the customers happy and satisfied. I worked in the BPO industry and I have been a great customer service representative for almost a year handling billing, sales, and technical scope. I also worked as a Virtual Assistant handling the administrative task for a ticket reseller company for about a year. My task is to purchased and resell tickets. Responding to emails of customers who didn’t get the right tickets. Managing to use the software system to fill unfulfilled orders.
