Job Description / Duties and Responsibilities:  Work under the direction of the manager  Takes charge the office when the branch manager is not around.  Supervise the service in the cashier and Customer service.  Daily check the on stocks items in the office.  Update the daily Merchandise Materials posted.  Authenticate and count cash endorsed by the cashier.  Handling Customer complains.  Providing assistance to customers in making their complaints when required.  Actively seek resolution of complaints by liaising with customers to understand their issues and how they would like them resolved.  Log full details of complaints, recording all contact made and actions proposed/agreed on Contact Manager to ensure the information can be used to improve services and prevent repeat complaints.  Keep customers regularly updated of progress/actions being taken.  Promotes Product and Services  Reassure customers about the quality and worth of the product or service that they are interested in.  Call out company prospects and other establishments.  Conduct sales blitzes in Cebu.  Create and activate accounts.
