As a compliance auditor, my responsibilities involves ensuring that the organization adheres to all procedures, rules, and laws, while also guiding and training my colleagues to maintain compliance standards. Being part of this team has developed my ability to adapt to sudden changes and flexibility. Flexibility allows you to respond effectively to the day-to-day changes that may occur within the organization and its processes. We have two teams in this department which is phone audit and live audit. But as a phone auditor, we conduct surveys after installations to verify that the product, installation, and also the installer have followed all the rules and regulations of the organization. This ensures that the organization maintains a high level of compliance and quality in its service to customers. Overall, as a Compliance Auditor and Head Phone Auditor requires a strong attention to detail, thorough knowledge of the organization's policies and procedures, and effective communication skills to guide and train your colleagues. Efforts that are essential in upholding the organization's reputation and ensuring customer satisfaction.
