I'm 37 years old, a graduate of Saint Louise University Baguio Philippines. I've started working as a cashier in a gas station, and a bakery. This helped and mold me to be where I worked as a Customer Care Support for 15 years in the BPO industry. I've worked from from financial account and student loan account for United States. In year 2013, I started working as a customer care for telecommunications for Australian account, I handle technical and billing queries. After a year I was transferred to an online business support which is another line of business offered by the same company. We offer online support to United Kingdom clients. And later on trained to be part of customer care for United States clients. Being assertive, persistent and respectful to clients helped me ion building my career as a provider of an excellent customer service.
