Customer Representative/ Appointment setter at Your Service
A lot of changes happened in the last 2 years due to the pandemic. A lot of employees were affected because of it, and I am one of them. I was an assistant manager, due to being asthmatic, I had to secure myself from being medically affected. I can see that WFH jobs can offer financial and especially health security.
I had worked part-time VA on my sisters' website and other social media platforms on their graphic designs, video explainer freelancing. I also had experience in the BPO industry especially in the customer service department, I would be an asset to your company in delivering great service to your customers.
I worked as a customer representative in a competitive center here in the locality for 13 months. Though my tenure as an agent was not way long due to the completion of my studies, I still performed well on my job and even received incentives and awards. I also worked as a shift manager in a known local fast-food from January 2018 to August 2020 and learned managing strategies to ensure we provide a great customer experience. In addition, I am a diligent employee making sure things get done earlier or on the date, things are expected to be done. I also have a strong positive way of looking at things especially the difficult ones as an opportunity and strategize to overcome them.
