I've graduated from Bulacan State University a degree holder of Bachelor in Secondary Education Major in English.  After Graduation, I came to Manila and joined the BPO industry since 2010. And now I have a total of more than 8 years' experience in different companies.  I've worked with Teleperformance, Convergys and now its Concentrix. I've experienced many things in the industries and I've learned a lot. I'm good with Customer Service, I've handled Liberty Medical Supplies, Billing Issues with Sprint and Technical Support in HP Printers. As a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service and Virtual Assistant for more than 3 years now, I have a proven track record of success in providing a world-class customer service experience.
