At 19 years old, I began my career in the BPO Industry. A job that I would never expect I could be good at. Verbal speaking was always my fear before but once I set myself to a certain goal I’ll work hard for it. I was able to enhance my communication skill through constant interaction with users. Learning from all my mistakes and correcting them afterwards. I am a team player as well. I would say I got this trait back when I was in college. I was a member of several school organizations and associations that helped me get along with others and interact with them professionally. This is one necessary trait as a customer service associate. Flexibility is one I could brag about. When it comes to working with people, I have no problems with it. It’s actually a perk that I considered in working in a call center. I love to deal with a diverse personality wherein I could get a chance to learn their best practices as well. Rotating schedules requires flexibility and it’s more than okay with me. Time and day off would never be a problem to me. What drives me the most to work is to get recognized and be praised because of my performance. I would usually do all the best I can to achieve certain KPIs and Metrics. I always look forward to coaching and training. I want to know what my downfalls are for me to improve on it. I would certainly be happy to be working with you.
