I've been working in BPO Industry for almost 7 years in total with different account (Airline ,Technical and Healthcare) . In Healthcare we do inbounds calls , mostly we check benefits and coverage of the member . We check their eligibility as well as their medical and rx coverage . We can also help them to change their assign primary care provide. Aside from that we can check the claim status on how the provider bill service and the patient responsibility and how much did their insurance cover it. I also have experience in Chart Retrieval wherein, we call facility to retrieve records. In airline account we do booking reservation ,rebooking , rerouting and refund process . Then , for technical account we do inbound calls as well , we do trouble shooting the connection . I'm open to any other account/work since I'm just looking a part time job at any time.
