I've been working in the BPO Industry for almost 4 years. I've been into different accounts. I have experienced working as a customer service representative through chat, phone and email. I am used to different kinds of software used by my previous BPO companies I worked with and I am willing to master any tools that a client would provide me.
As an employee, all I want is to work well for the company's best. I am always eager to learn new things and competitive when it comes to hitting the metrics given by clients. I am a self motivated person who always sets a goal for career growth. Apart from that, I can easily adapt to different types of environments and was a top agent performer in every account I handled. I was also a subject matter expert, and I love learning from others as well and I love imparting the knowledge I have to other agents who need help improving their workstyle into best practices so that everyone is inline. Though, I am not selfish when working despite being a competitive person.
