Customer Service Representative | Cold Calling | Call Center Agent
I've been working as a Customer Service Representative for 14 years. I handled and performed different roles such as UK and Ireland Directory assistant, Application Specialist for instore and merchant credit cards, Credit Card Customer Service Specialist for high-profiled cardholders in an International bank, and currently, I am a Process Coordinator that takes over escalated calls such as customer complaints and customer compliments within the Business Process Outsourcing / Call Center industry.
I also held a part-time position as a cold caller at an Australian cleaning company. In this role, my responsibilities included reaching out to potential leads, providing them with the opportunity for a site visit and a complimentary quotation, and arranging appointments with clients. I achieved a successful deal and contributed to benefiting my client's business.

My experience includes analyzing financial statements, conducting risk assessments, and providing strategic financial advice to clients.
