Customer Service Representative/Shopify Customer Support/Social Media Moderator
My name is Ritzy, I've worked as a Customer Service Representative here in the Philippines for a flower shop for a US company for more than one year. I also worked remotely and was one of the Escalation Specialists for a US company for dietary supplements for five months. I handled inbound and outbound calls, chat, and email support. I have also experienced customer support for Shopify and I was tasked to respond to Social media messages, comments, and emails. In my previous roles, I help customers track orders and update them about their orders, process replacements, and redeliveries, and process order changes, and refunds. Being an Escalation Specialist, I was responsible for handling customer complaints and resolving issues that can't be handled at the frontline level. I work with customers to identify their concerns, determine the best course of action, and resolve any outstanding issues in a timely fashion. In customer support, I was responsible for addressing customer needs and ensuring they had a positive experience. I need to use customer service skills to perform a customer service role. This skill set includes active listening, attention to detail, empathy, problem-solving, and communication.
