Customer Service Representative
I am an individual who enjoys learning new things and working with others on a team. I've worked as a voice Customer Service Representative for almost 8 years in BPO companies here in the Philippines. All of them are U.S based. I’ve been consistently praised as competent and efficient by my co-workers and management.
Working in the BPO Industry as a Customer Service Representative has helped me developed having a strong interpersonal communication skills. I fill a wide range of duties for the business that I represent. This includes dealing with customer concerns, questions, and reviewing customer accounts. I always make sure to know our client's goals so that I can align my goal with them.
I've also worked for a friend as a Chat Support/FB Page Manager for her online thrift clothes shop. Unfortunately, she has to stop operating the business due to multiple lockdowns, and also she decided to migrate to the province to be with her family due to pandemic.
I am comfortable working at home independently with minimal supervision. I am also confident that my communication skills both written and verbal are also good. I am a fast learner, hardworking, positive individual, and can work even when under extreme time pressure and deadlines, I can identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction because I know that satisfied customers build loyalty and trust in the company. Aside from having knowledge about Microsoft Word, I can provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. I am always willing to learn and will fully familiarize myself with the product in order to provide the best possible support to customers.
