Customer Success Supervisor
Responsible for overseeing a team of patient account specialists, AR, credentialing specialist, coders Customer Service and Quality analysts. Ensuring high-quality revenue cycle management delivery, and fostering a positive work environment. This role involves providing guidance, training, and support to team members, as well as managing daily operations to meet service level agreements and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and mentor the entire PH Team for RCM Services • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, set goals, and encourage team collaboration. • Provide coaching and feedback to improve individual and team performance. • Work with training team to keep staff updated on policy and process updates • Monitor quality and production of staff to maintain process requirements and efficiency • Monitor team performance metrics and provide reports to management. • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency. • Assist with scheduling and managing shift assignments to ensure adequate coverage. • Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and initiatives.
