Customer Success Supervisor
Responsible for overseeing a team of patient account specialists, AR, credentialing specialist, coders Customer Service and Quality analysts. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and mentor the entire PH Team for RCM Services • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, set goals, and encourage team collaboration. • Provide coaching and feedback to improve individual and team performance. • Work with training team to keep staff updated on policy and process updates • Monitor quality and production of staff to maintain process requirements and efficiency • Monitor team performance metrics and provide reports to management. • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency. • Assist with scheduling and managing shift assignments to ensure adequate coverage. • Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and initiatives.
