I am still connected with Concentrix Philippines, Inc. as I am rendering few more days before signing off. Worked as Customer Support Professional II for more than 8 years. Been doing proof validations, giving discounts and one of the hypo doing escalation request and determining fraud activities. Due to merging TMO. The account will be closed end of this month.
