I worked in a BPO Industry before for 5 years as a Technical Chat Support. My responsibilities are the following: • Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information. • Accepts chat transferred by tech skilled agents (tier 1) and are responsible that can no longer be handled by the latter either/or correctly transferred or not • Responsible for chats for customers/clients asking for a Manager or a Supervisor and the likes. I started working as a VA in March 2017 as a Lead Generator and later on given multiple tasks like emailing bloggers, then I was promoted as a Team Leader and after a few months I was promoted again as an Outreach Manager. I handle more than 10 people and make sure everything is going smooth and fine. Later on, I was transferred to the Operations team as requested by my client. I am confident that I can do my job properly and with respect to my clients. I am not merely looking for a home base job. I am looking for a long-term job where I can help my employer build the business and, perhaps, grow it.
