Demand Planner
● Receive, analyzes, and synchronize customer forecast. ● Perform material and capacity sizing analysis on the forecast this will be the basis for loading the current production plan. ● Loading of schedule and maintenance of customer demand into the system (SAP). ● Maintain KIP such as On-Time-Delivery, Customer forecast versus shipped qty, P.O quantity versus actual qty shipped, Revenue Forecasting versus actual revenue, Material Production Schedule ● Weekly reporting of On-Time Delivery performance(OTD). ● Collaborate with customers for the demand and commitment, as well as priority and critical models. ● Release daily shipment to customer DF Site and Hub. ● Another role as NPI planner-Involved in NPI planning, materials planning, scheduling, and shipment. ● Conduct daily production meetings for the weekly goals and targets. ● Escalate issues that require immediate attention/action which will impact customer requirement. ● Monitor SMT and production operation to ensure materials flow as expected. ● Releases job order or job number for the weekly loading. ● Submit improvement (Kaizen) as part of quarterly goals. ● Implement customer changes (EC) permanent and temporary. ● Drive production to meet the commitment to customer and delivery.
