Hello there! First I want to be honest here to avoid any problems in the future. I'm not a degree holder, but I graduated with an associate degree. Some of the employers here in the Philippines they're not after the diploma as long as you can do the job and excel on it. Hence the reason for my fave saying: "The will must be stronger/greater than the skill" Those with strong will and unwavering determination can overcome any obstacle regardless of skill level. And my will to learn something new, to be the best that I can be on every task that assigned to me, together with my passion on everything that I'm doing, made me get the job even if I'm not a degree holder, or no experience whatsoever. All I need is someone to believe in me and give me time to prove myself.
