Hi, my name is Clint Jayson Ave, I'm 34 years old, I'm a former Project Manager/OIC from SixEleven Global services, I manage two accounts both are customer service representatives, the first one is GrooveFunnels who owned by Mike Filsaime, and the other one is LaunchCart owned by Greg Writer, They know me as Alexis Sebastian, its a company policy to use a pseudonym. What we do is we help to manage customer queries and complaints. We were asked to process orders, modifications and escalate complaints across several communication channels. To do well in this role, you need to remain calm when customers are frustrated. In GrooveFunnels, I assist the team in resolving customers' problems with their websites, connecting their domains, and some web development concerns. In LaunchCart, it's an E-commerce. We help the customer set up their eCommerce stores and some billing and product concerns.
