Freelance Coordinator
I began my career as a Sales and Marketing Assistant in the leading HMO company here in the Philippines. I was part of the renewal team. I experienced dealing with 10 clients at the same time renewing their contract with the said health care company. I have learned how to handle tough situations and irate clients. I was challenged by these experiences that is why I applied for a more stressful yet more fulfilling job which is an Events Coordinator in an Advertising and Marketing company. Working for an Advertising and Marketing company helped me become a better person in so many ways and so many levels. The professional ladder I took was not as easy as counting 123. This year has been the most stressful yet fulfilling year at work. I was promoted twice within 5 months. From associate I was given the managerial position right after I finished my maternity leave. And after 3 months of heading a Marketing Team, I was tasked to lead the Research Department. Working in this type of industry for 7 year trained me to become good at people. I also learn how to manage time effectively. I would like to share these skills and learning with you! Let us all be efficient not just for our company but for our beloved customers. They are the people who are willing to spend their time and money. They are the people who matter the most.
