General Virtual Assistant / Administrative Assistant
I do have a year of experience working in a BPO company as a healthcare customer service representative. I'm assigned to received calls from clients in the US to help them with their queries about their insurance.
Some examples of calls that I usually receive include changing the name of the Primary Care Physician on file, looking for the best doctors around their town, scheduling an appointment going to their doctors. Talking to a lot of medical providers to , checking their medical claim or billing, setting an appointment with their doctors. Enlightening them about their prescription and what stage they are in at the moment.
I also assist customers with troubleshooting technical problems, providing step-by-step instructions, or escalating the issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
My recent job experience was working in a clinical setting after I passed the board examination for psychometrician. I utilized it and worked in a private rehabilitation in Paranaque My duties and responsibilities includes
Conducting Initial Assessment interview and Report, together with the Intake interview from a family member of the resident/ client. And follow up with our psychologist and program directors
During my free time. I do attend free webinars and Zoom meetings, or watch YouTube videos on how to leverage my skills when it comes to virtual assisting. I'm still looking forward to continuing my passion in freelancing and virtual jobs while doing my main purpose which is to help or give services to people.
Right now, I do part-time job, and work as a project assistant. I do a lot t of admin tasks with a real estate company.
I have knowledge in using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Asana, notion, Monday, slack, Click UP, and a lot more. which I usually use to help me organize my job and make a quality output for the clients.
