General Virtual Assistant
I worked in a BPO company for 5 1/2 years. I started as an agent for a financial campaign, I handled customers' complaints, and inquiries, recorded details of what transpired on the call, and of course come up with the best resolution according to the client's policies and procedures. I was also tasked to report lost and stolen cards, request replacements, and file a dispute on behalf of the customers. I love to learn new things, so after 14 months as an agent, I was promoted as a Quality Analyst and my main responsibilities were evaluating calls and providing reports to operations based on my observation. I also represented Quality during business reviews with the clients as I was assigned to be the lead for the team. And I also supported operations by having my team do fly-by coaching and providing instant feedback to the agents after they are done monitoring calls. After almost 2 years, I decided to move to operations as a Coach or a Team lead where I managed a team of 10-15 people and ensured that our client's metrics are being met and even exceeded. I also handled escalated calls and most of the time I was handling new hires. I had also experience in launching account in Manila. After being in the BPO industry I decided to look for a work from home job, I was hired as a Virtual Assistant in one of the Property Management Company in the US where I am the Tenant Screener, assisting tenants over the phone, handling my client's Social Media account and do a most of the administrative task
