Examples of my relevant experience include information assistance to patients and/or providers(EMRs such as Practice Fusion; Fusion; Salesforce; Box; and Therabill), Appointment setting, claims submission via portal, disputing for claims denial, calling/checking portal for insurance verification, and assisting providers with their prior auth.
Other than that in my most recent position as HVA, I had the opportunity to develop the skills and experience necessary to handle patient Insurance such as Medicare, Medicaid, Cigna UHG/UMR; Molina Health Care of texas; Texas Children Health Plan and Superior Health Plan; Availity, Blueshield of California, Horizon Blue cross blueshield of New Jersey.
