I am Herdee Manantan Ytac, 43 years old and a mother to four children two boys and two girls. I am Juris Doctor graduate from Corjesu College of Law and a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Management Accounting from Ateneo de Davao University. I have Civil Service Eligibility since June 2003. I have work experience both private and government offices, mostly are admin in nature. I had attended various seminars and trainings too. For Private and Corporate work experiences, I worked as executive secretary for one of the country’s leading security services for 3 years from year 2003 to 2006. I am in charge partly in the administration of the company. I am the company’s sole officer who handles bid work to bid our services. I also review employees performance and branch performance. I also worked with BPO from year 2007 to 2010 which my exposure was with customer service, retention accounts, sales and technical support. My expertise is in retention and customer service. For customer support I basically handles customer general inquiry but there were times when I had to do extra service for them like resolving their issues. For retention of accounts, I had to convince customer to stay with us and educate them of our services which is useful but they failed to utilize it. I offer them freebies and other services as long as within my authority. I worked branch admin and asset control with Sumisho Motor Finance Corporation from year 2011 to 2017. I do branch administration and supervision. I do the asset inventory and those repossessed motorcycles. I also make end of day reporting, monthly reporting and annual accomplishment. For Government Service, I worked as Non Uniform Personnel for Philippine National Police from year 2017 to 2022. I am one of the Strategic Management Unit who handles audit for lower units. Currently, I am engage in online selling. I am willing to be trained and I can assure you that I am a fast learner. I also excel in whatever tasks that were assigned to me in the previous jobs. In fact I received various awards and merit recognition both in the private and government service. I can assure you that I am a good team player and hardworking.
