HR & Admin Officer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible in providing HR & administrative support to South Luzon Operations (Laguna, Batangas & Cavite Office) catering 17 clients engaged in sales, food & manufacturing industry – like Abenson, Avon, Bocheng, Contis, Electroworld, Emperador, EHS, Fong Shann, Futaba, Gardenia, Homeplus, Hoya, IM Digital, Kinpo, Nestle, NHK, THN, Yamaha, Yikings, Voion. • Supervises and coordinates work activities of subordinate and staff relating to employment, compensation, benefits, labor relations and employees relation. • Administer policies and guidelines on job performance evaluation, personnel discipline and administrative sanctions. • Implements and conducts orientation on Company and Client’s Code and Discipline. • Supervises the local procurement and coordinates with purchasing department orders & deliveries of materials & supplies. • Supervise the messenger & company driver on DTR pick-up & transmittal, billing & collection and payroll schedule of South Luzon accounts. • Responsible for cash payroll, atm card releasing and unclaimed cash monitoring for satellite offices both for internal employees & resource. • Directly reporting to the President on any concerns like administrative, operational concerns, personnel, accounting, purchasing, building maintenance/repair, and telephone services. • Responsible in records management including retention. • Responsible in handling leasing, contracts, utility, buildings, electric & water bill payment of satellite offices • Supervises messenger/deriver’s itineraries, liquidations and reimbursements. • Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time.
