Having completed my bachelor’s degree in Information, Security and Forensics at KCA University, I am awaiting graduation this year, 2023. Prior to that I was conferred with Certificate in Information Technology and Diploma in the same field at Africa Nazarene University. In 2020/21 as an IT analyst and sales manager, I worked closely with service desk to analyze and establish root cause to technical incidents, documenting RCA's with concrete remediation plans thereby reducing incident recurrence rate by 98%, prioritizing user requirements, overseeing system upgrades and carrying out R&D on new security tools and also keeping them updated while applying best practices to ensure the highest level of network security. After completing my bachelors degree I was an intern for four months in Ruiru-Juja water and sewerage company where I was attached at the GIS department and my duties were Assisting with the data gathering, compilation, GPS, mapping, and data analysis using data mapping softwares like Arc-map and Qgis to analyze spatial data and design digital maps
