✓ Ensures effective cash management through cashiering transactions ✓ Daily checking of remittance report of sales team and is responsible in handling and consolidating all cash and check remittances ✓ Ensures that all remittances are accurate and balance with the total collections of sales team ✓ Receives walk-in payments ( cash or check) and issues official receipt ✓ Handles petty cash fund and in charge of releasing of cash transactions with supporting documents. Prepares report for petty cash replenishment ✓ Prepares deposit slips of daily cash and check collections to be deposited on the next banking day ✓ Prepares and submits accurate and timely reports of total collections (weekly and monthly) ✓ Maintains stock level of accountable forms used in sales and act as custodian of invoices ✓Facilitates daily forms request of all invoices & receipts used in sales ✓ Performs other duties as assigned to meet company needs
