Hi, I'm Angelie Guillermo. I have been an Operations Supervisor for 6 years, an Operations Manager for over a year and a Training Manager for a year. I previously worked as an Operation Manager in a BPO, telco company in the US. As an operation manager. Summary of Qualifications: 1. As a Training Manager, I prepare learning materials for training, develop on boarding programs for new employees, create training programs to address skill gaps in employees, research new teaching methods and evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking 2. I have worked as an Operations Supervisor as well for 5 years. My day-to-day task involves evaluating performance and providing feedback, identifying and applying career advancement opportunities, helping to resolve employee issues and disputes, coaching employee to address opportunities and behaviors that hinders their success and managing schedules and payroll concerns. 3. The last position I held was an Operations Manager. My task involves overseeing performance, managing and inspecting coaches, helping employees to be effective and productive on their respective role and ensuring all task are done before the end of the day, securing they reached the deadline. We encounter mishaps majority in attendance and performance due to the shift schedule, but we implemented performance and attendance-based incentives to encourage people to be on time and on schedule and perform.
