Operations Supervisor/Team Leader
I am currently employed as a Team Leader for Operations in one of the business process outsourcing company here in the Philippines handling 13 headcounts, which we mainly support, Email, Chat Support and data entry for an online retail of the biggest search engine in the world. I've been in the BPO industry for 8 years now. I've been a customer service chat & email support agent for 4 years, became a Quality Analyst for a year and now up to present, a team leader or supervisor for operations. I am also handling back office agents within my team that supports the back-end processes of the said retail company. Our main tasks as a back-office team are data entry tasks. We search various data from different online platform and collate them to Google Sheets. This specific task is time-bounded and accuracy should be 100%. My skills are focused on team management. I perform coaching, conduct training when necessary, meet clients through Google Meet for a weekly business review, attend meetings for SOPs calibration, communicate to customers when needed. I have a good management skills and has been awarded as Top Team Leader multiple times. I am a critical thinker, I am good at time management, I have a strong sense of priority, I have a good problem-solving skills, and lastly I have a strong willingness to learn.
