Personal/Virtual Assistant/ Inside Sales Agent
Hi!
My name is Glaiza Dee Sansaet. I had experience in the BPO industry as a customer service rep for 5 years. I also have experience as an inside sales agent (ISA), a medical scheduler/appointment scheduler, an E-Commerce Order Processing & Integration Specialist, a recruiter, and an operations manager. I have been working in customer service since 2013. My current position is an operations manager in a healthcare staffing company where we source healthcare providers like physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and allied healthcare providers. I also have experience as a virtual medical scheduler for a Dermatology clinic based in New York.
I have been doing this type of work for more than 9 years without any single scheduling problem. I have finished my successful projects, which involved research, extracting emails, Google Sheets, prospecting, customer service, follow-ups, managerial, credentialing, HR, and other related programs.
