I've worked and handled various tools and resources like: ASANA, Click-UP, M[hidden], Simple OKR, Zendesk, Slack, Ryver, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Meet, Zoom, Verint, Remedy, SnapEngage, and Adobe Captivate.
Collaborated with different departments to identify business pain-points to create action items and special projects that can be translated and used into Business Intelligence Data and Qualitative information that will help the stakeholders in their decision making.
