I was a call center agent for many years prior deciding to transition to freelance. I started during the pandemic and up to now I'm still enjoying my journey. I believe that I have a very strong work ethic and determination to succeed as well as the ability to adapt and adjust to changing situations. The qualities and abilities that I have can be an advantage which will make the job role successful.
I'm quite competitive and focused the most to what is being ask that led me to become one of the Trainer POC's way back when I was still with BPO. I've had opportunities before handling corporate jobs and leading few head counts. It was a great experience and was indeed successful.
I am very open to working as a Work-From-Home Freelancer and very much willing to learn. I am based in the Philippines. I'm pretty fluent in written and spoken English so I can communicate with clients, process sales, manage reports and statuses in the admin panel and some other tasks. I am keen on detail, hardworking and willing to listen to instructions.
