I am Nerlie. With three years of experience as a Human Resource practitioner, I have a strong background in recruitment. In my previous role as an HR Workforce Specialist, I handled daily recruitment tasks. As a Recruitment In-Charge, I was responsible for sourcing candidates, creating acknowledgment receipts, responding to queries and applications online, posting vacancies on Facebook, and encoding applicant details, including personal information, educational background, experiences, and training. I also prepared and organized pre-employment papers, ensuring timely submission. Recently, I worked part-time as a recruiter for a Singapore-based company, where I sourced and interviewed applicants and prepared contracts.
My work experience has helped me develop strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, and photo editing using Canva and Adobe Photoshop. I also have basic knowledge of appointment setting, lead generation, and cold calling.
I am seeking a part-time remote job where I can develop new skills and further hone my recruitment expertise. To enhance my skill set, I have participated in virtual assistant training, boot camps, and online tutorials, and completed a 4-week internship in appointment setting, lead generation and cold calling.
Currently, I can assist with recruitment, lead generation, appointment setting, data entry, organization, and other administrative tasks. I am available to work 20-30 hours per week.
