I worked as a Sales & Support Manager / Telemarketer / Appointment Setter and have nine years of Customer Service Experience. With those nine years, I spent half of it as a Sales Representative for different campaigns based in the United States and Australia.
I also have a Technical Support background with the world's largest search engine and some Email Support with the same brand. Aside from those, I was also able to handle financial accounts with one of the largest financial institutions in the U.S and also have experience with Tax Preparation, including loan, billing, and collections. With those years that I spent in the corporate world, I learned how to use MS tools like MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and Powerpoint presentation. I have a leadership background for more than a year and was able to do some initial interviews, coaching and doing admin tasks, initiated meetings, and do training for onboarding agents and molding them on how to be effective and efficient. I obtained a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification with those past experiences as part of the leadership training. I've been awarded numerous times for providing excellent customer satisfaction from most of my campaigns to prove my efficiency as a Customer Service Representative.
Regarding sales, I maintained my spot at the top for a whole year by providing the most numbers of posted sales and the highest revenue. Besides all that, I am also a writer at heart, where I finished a couple of books and uploaded them on Wattpad. Not too long ago, an online publisher reached out to me and had my books published on their platform and became an exclusive writer under their company.
