Senior Agent/ Customer Service Associate

Provide technical troubleshooting for issues with mobile internet, calls, and texts.
Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, complaints, and as well as actions are taken.
Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, and explain billing.
Respond to incoming requests for cancellation of services and persuade customers to remain by suggesting
modifications that could reduce the risk of customer cancellation.
Solicit sales of new or additional services or products.
