Treasury Specialist
• Monitors / Analyzes cash position (daily/weekly/monthly). • Receives payment from Buyers and Issue Official Receipt. • Supporting the colletion efforts/calls for accounts receivables portfolio. • Researching account disputes and billing discrepancies. • Performing account/payment reconciliation. • Deposits cash/check collection and prepare daily collection report. • Safekeeps and monitor petty cash fund and cash advance commission fund (including replenishment and proper handling of reimbursement and expenses associated with the fund). • Attends to suppliers’ inquiries regarding collections. • Schedules payments to suppliers and monitors clearance of checks. • Releases checks to suppliers & employees. • Uploads transaction into BDO and Chinabank System for on-line payments (agents and broker’s commission, fund transfers, etc.). • Safekeeps unreleased checks. • Prepares cash disbursement vouchers and checks in the absence of the treasury staff in-charge. • Monitors time deposits placed in various banks (HDMF retention). • Coordinates with the Legal Department for various documents requested by the banks. • Transacts / Deals with various banks. • Forwards bank debit and credit memos to Accounting section for necessary journal entries. • Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Finance Manager from time to time.
