Hi I'm Pamela Guevarra, I took up Bachelor of Science in business administration major in Marketing I undergo training in south Korea before for Global marketing I do have experience in Sales for 3 years in high-end brands Like Gucci, and Lacoste and etc. I have worked at The beacon condominium as a leasing officer and Executive assistant of CEO. I am handling leasing of units for move in and move out, attending meetings of Clients and Marketing meetings as well. In Avida land Corporation in Doing billing of Homeowners Association, payroll, and receiving payments and executive assistant of the Board of directors. In San Miguel Corporation which is well know company here in the Philippines, I was in procurement I am doing the inventories and issued purchase orders using the sap system and cashier as well. In Virtual Job, I was the appointment setter for 1 year and 3 years in Real Estate Virtual admin. In Real estate I am the end to end transaction such as, generating leads, Skip tracing, sending and answering messages and emails, I am computing the offer and preparing the Residential Property Agreement and sending to the client, Following up about the offer, and setting up an appointment once they agreed to the offer and signed it. We proceed to make it under contract in our company before and we will sell it and post to some social media and websites of the company. We are also doing the circle prospecting for marketing strategy.
