For the past 5 years, I've had the opportunity to work with top contact centers here in the Philippines, providing awesome customer service to clients all around the world. - I worked as a Technical Support Representative for a multinational computer technology company based in the US for a year. I helped home users and small and medium-sized businesses identify and resolve any software or hardware related issues over the phone. - Then, I joined a multinational e-commerce corporation based in the US as a Customer Service Representative for a couple of years.
