In here I’m taking outbound and inbound calls wherein customers will be calling to ask for assistance about the product they used in the company or technically my task is to do trouble shooting steps in their phones. I’ve also worked as a social worker government agency here in the Philippines for 2 years. Customer Service Associate or Health Care Insurance for 1 year in EXL Service Philippines, Inc. I also have an experienced being an ESL Teacher for 3 years teaching kids ages 2-10 years old. I attended 5 Days Training in Virtudesk as an ISA (Inside Sales Associate). I’m a VA (Virtual Assistant). I do called calling and discussing about all the information in Real Estate. I also attended 10 days training in Start Virtual agency. Customer service support for almost 10 years I’ve worked, General Admin Assistant, Cold Calling for Real Estate, Lead Generation, Scheduler / Setting up appointments to the Public Adjuster in here I’m working in a Public Adjuster and water mitigation company firm for 5 years, I do research skills, filing and organizing, email and appointment management and more. You should consider my application because I am skilled in these kinds of roles and the experiences, I had in my previous clients that can attest that I can do well.
