I am Shienna Cogollodo, 28 years old. I took up Bachelor of Science in Economis. Right after I graduated in 2013, I worked in a BPO industry for more than 6 years as Medical Biller under healthcare agencies that are based in California. Basically what I do is I call healthcare insurance companies and bill claims so we could get the reimbursement for all the homehealth services that we have rendered to our patients. One of my ways in handling pressure is to stay focused on what needs to be accomplished. Aside from that, I would let myself to take some breaks to be able to breathe, reflect and continue with my work. Lastly, I would not hesitate to ask some help if I needed it.
