I am a freelance Virtual Assistant for two years and have provided virtual assistance to e-commerce store owners in the USA and Canada, with a primary focus on listing numerous products. I also performed website administration as needed and created SEO-focused content, including scheduling Google My Business posts. Other tasks included designing business cards, creating local citations, and generating monthly sales reports for a car dealership.
Although I do not have direct experience as a Social Media Manager, I have developed my skills and knowledge through my passion for graphic design by creating several samples of social media posts that showcase my ability to design visually appealing and engaging content.
Additionally, my completion of the Google The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing course has provided me with a solid foundation in the principles of social media management and digital marketing. For three years, I worked in a telecommunications company as a Technical/Email/Chat Support and Quality Assurance, where I honed my skills in providing exceptional customer service. I also served as an Administrative Clerk in a government office for a year and 4 months, where I efficiently performed clerical tasks such as encoding, typing documents, compiling and filing records, answering and making telephone calls, scheduling appointments, generating monthly reports, and completing general office tasks.
As part of my responsibilities as an administrative clerk, I was entrusted with handling investigation records and reports. This experience helped me to develop a sharp eye for detail. My commitment to accuracy and precision allowed me to excel in this role and deliver quality work on time.
