Hi, I'm Florentino, just call me JR for short. What a pleasant day! To you, I will first highlight my achievements for the Job that I've experienced in the past years. Formerly, I worked as a Technical Support at T-Mobile and worked for 6 years in the BPO industry where our job and responsibilities is to assist customers with troubleshooting issues of their devices, such as phones and tablets. We are also responsible for helping them with their bill dispute processing orders, including insurance-promoting products and services such as a Home internet line or adding a phone line. We also promote add-ons in order to increase revenues and to have a volume of orders. I have Technical skills and am well-oriented in any task, including Technical issues and Sales. I am a well-trained individual who can multitask, such as admin work or other relevant opportunities. I also graduated for being a Virtual Assistant basic and advanced certificate, focusing on Appointment Setter, Social Media Manager, and Admin Task, well-trained in many tools such as editing tools, Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Buffer, Crowdfire, Google Slides, etc. I always make sure that the task will finish on time to avoid delays. There was a time when a customer was irate due to the internet not working for 2 weeks. What I did was to empathize with the customer and acknowledge the concern. I was able to hear customer issues and learn to connect. After acknowledging the customer's issue, I started to provide a resolution. I called it a First Call Resolution (FCR), wherein the customer will not contact me again for the same issue. As a result, the customer felt satisfied with the service being provided. And the customer responded with a score of 10, equivalent to 100% for the service that she experienced in a timely response.
