I'm currently working as a lead generation specialist. My task is to call business owners in the U.S and offer them business financing. if they are interested. I get their basic information and if they're available at that time I can go ahead and transfer them to the other agent but if they are not. I will set an appointment so that the other agent can call that merchant at their requested time. Sometimes I've been also assigned to e-commerce where my task is to file a claim to a package in a courier company like FedEx then I'm the one also who follows up on that claim.
