May it be between you and your husband, your parents, colleagues, people you interact with, or your client and your customer it is a must to NOTICE and LISTEN deeply to every detail of every conversation you have and the outcomes. In that case, you are able to quantify results and progress that lead you to take action to find remedies for mistakes. Then you can build your own success. Stress Management. Based on my experience, in my personal life, and as an employee, I learned to master this skill every day until today. If a person knows how to handle stress and how to put it in place, they can have the other skills to become effective. You will know how to: Communicate appropriately. Handle great Team. Think of a solution to solve a problem. Think positive during a crisis. Assess Facts that will result in positive decision-making. And of course, you will know how to make an organization improve and make it profitable. Technical Skills. For me, you have to master fundamental skills and soft skills in order for you to see your passion. If you already know your passion, for example ''Customer Service Satisfaction'', you have to start thinking about how to satisfy them. Will you go the extra mile to become one?
