I'm a college graduate from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, took up Business Administration, Major in Marketing. While studying in college I had a part-time job as a cashier and an assistant technician to a local cellphone & repair shop. When I graduated, I managed our family printing shop for 5 years. Wherein I am able to cultivate my skills in layout design, using Photoshop, Microsoft Office, etc... Then, I decided to work outside my comfort zone and landed another job as a customer service representative with Sykes Asia (Bell Mobility Canada account) based in Metro Manila, Philippines. After 2 years and 7 months of working with Sykes, the account was closed and I decided to apply to another company. Then had another customer service representative job with Concentrix (Uber Eats Global account) for 10 months. Then, I was given an offer to work with Klio International Marketing Corporation which is a manufacturing plastic brand in the Philippines as an Account Manager. In this job, I am able to work with big and small business buyers. I had an opportunity to promote our company at different events and corporate meetings. After 2 years working with Klio, the pandemic strikes I am forced to resign due to the situation. Now, I'm focusing on how I can make use of all my skills and work at home as a Virtual Assistant. I would like to try my luck here in GoHireNow.
