Hi! I am Yadah Mabini from the Philippines. As a graduate of BS Accountancy, I put my degree to use working as a Finance Analyst for Fullsuite and previously as a tax associate for Deloitte Shared Service Center Inc for. Prior to that, I was a virtual assistant for real estate agents in Ray White Australia for almost a year. As a finance analyst, I assisted in month-end closing of books and in financial workbook reviews of US clients. I also did weekly bank reconciliation of Shopify sales in Xero and recording of sales on Expensify. As a tax associate, I assisted clients from Asia Pacific, Latin America, Europe and Middle East, and Africa in their preparation of financial statements and collaborated with auditors for the preparation of these financial statements. I also assisted in project management for their database management, daily correspondences, tax compliances, and other administrative tasks such as email management, data migration, and data entry. As a virtual assistant, I assisted real estate agents in their administrative tasks and in their database management. I prepared weekly reports on the status of pipeline information and new leads. I also helped in maintaining an accurate and up-to-date pipeline database. I believe these experiences have honed me as a better professional and will qualify me to the role.
