Good day! Currently, a Virtual Medical Admin who works directly with the doctors to help PI/WC patients with their calendar clinic appointments. I also generate, upload, and send medical records, ledgers, depositions, IME, LOAs, and the like. Coordinate with the Law firm, Insurance companies to confirm the case of the patients. I have been working in the BPO Industry for more than 10 years in a row. Started in 2009 right after graduating from College. I'm a licensed teacher by profession. Started as Customer Support Specialist supporting Windows 7 program. Then a Data Entry Analyst catering Microsoft contract creation account and it's back office. After a few years, became a Quality Internal Auditor and then a Resolution Specialist / QA and we do end-to-end external investigations for errors committed. We do coaching and weekly huddles,.reporting and presentations, and the like. I move to a new company supporting a financial account as a Collections Admin. Doing admin tasks like payment support, appointment setting, sending statements/ invoices or other bank statements -back office with some outbound calls. With my recent company, I was customer support and lastly Order to Cash Specialist booking small and bulk fuel orders. I am motivated by impact and driven by wanting to take the tasks assigned to me and to set above expectations. I take pride in the quality of work and in constantly improving to adopt to ever-changing work environment. I always foster a strong desire to learn and develop.
