I am a dedicated person when it comes to performing jobs. I
work as accurately as possible completing details on or before the time given.
Furthermore, I am open-minded and is eager enough to learn new skills.
I had my internship in an IT Distributor company, VST-ECS
Phils., where I was designated in the Service Team. I generally took charge of
administrative tasks to provide support to the client. In addition, I handled
social media accounts on different social media platforms before.
I underwent Virtual Assistant training that gave me the
opportunity to learn and understand how to be professional in every job that is
given by the client. I developed various types of skills since enrolling in the
freelancing course.
During my online training on how to become a VA, I worked part-time jobs/one-time projects at the same time. I received a Gold Certificate as an outstanding award for my Freelancing Course. I worked as a Wordpress Poster researching related products copying the details to Wordpress, updating featured images, tags, headings, and categories.
Furthermore, I was also an Internet Researcher in an agency searching for leads on social media. In addition, I became a Virtual Assistant for a direct client searching for video clips as a reference for video compilations on Youtube. I gather video clips, details, and links collating it into a Google Sheet. I promote the finished compilation videos on various Facebook Groups + with the use of SEO to assemble more engagements.
Recently, I was a VA in an agency doing numerous tasks. I did Inbox Management labeling, archiving, marking spam emails to organize the client's email. In calendar management, I set-up appointments, events, schedules on several calendars. Sometimes with Slack -> Calendar Integration. For social media scheduling, I schedule posts in Later for Instagram and Hootsuite for Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. In email marketing, while the emails are ready to be sent, I customize them fixing any errors on Kajabi before sending them. After sending the emails on Kajabi, I repurpose the emails as a LinkedIn and Medium article. Moreover, I moderate the Facebook Group accepting, declining the member requests. I also kept a file for the members' information as a lead and I post-call replay in the group for their access. In customer support and FAQs, I compile sent emails to be an email template for most frequently asked questions and send them to clients as per their needs/inquiry. During the calls, I create time stamps for questions that are asked and paste them in the body part of the post before uploading the replay call on Kajabi. As well as scheduling meetings on Zoom that I will later add side-by-side Zoom meetings on Calendar. I use Zapier to automate the new form submissions and newly purchased products into a Kajabi -> Google Sheet Integration.
