Webcast Project Manager / Producer
I am Liway Almarez from the Philippines. Allow me to humbly share with you the timeline of my work experience. I've been working in the Outsourcing Industry for 10 years now. Not only did I gain friends and work experience, but it was also the technical know-how and the culture of the industry that I was able to master. I started being a Customer Service Representative then became a Technical Support Representative and eventually became a well-trained and fully equipped Webcast Project Manager. With my recent job where I acquired a lot of learnings. From using different tools such as Leaderview, WebEx, and Webcast Pro, and also the Studio Platforms. These are what we used to communicate/chat with our clients during their events or webinars. I also used Microsoft Outlook as our way of contact with our clients when they have some requests about their upcoming events they requested. as well as Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex when we conduct our client meetings to discuss processes or introduce ourselves as their Project Managers. So basically I've experienced: -managing client accounts -facilitated live webcast -coordinated event planning with the sales team and outside agencies -provided technical support as needed and educated clients on web platform features I've mostly handled some VIP clients as they started trusting me because of some positive feedback I received from them, and that's satisfaction from my end.
